Letter to the City

Last week/date the lobbying group Biocom California Coalition sent a letter to the Mayor requesting Scenario 1 be reinstated as a land use scenario in the University Community Plan Update. Scenario 1 had a high growth target based on several flawed assumptions that were acknowledged in subsequent Scenarios A and B presented to the community in November 2022.
