The City of San Diego Planning Department has released the Second Draft of the new University Community Plan along with the Draft EIR (Environmental Impact Report), the Rezoning Map, and many other related documents. All these can be found here:
The City is giving the community 45 days to comment, with a deadline of Monday, April 29. The University City Planning Group will have an additional 15 days to give their feedback to the City.
We will be reviewing the documents closely and will get back in touch once we have a clear idea of what has changed since the first draft and what comments we have.
